Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges Made Easy.

Because we are a small local business are only accepting exchanges or giving store credit for returns at this time.

You are entitled to an exchange/store credit within 7 calendar days of your purchase.  This date applies from when your package has arrived at your selected address.

Please note that the product must be returned unused and in original packaging. Items not in the original condition (stained/soiled or in any way damaged) will immediately be returned to the customer with a charge of $10 payable to Born Native to cover return shipping costs.

Store credit will be issued within one to two business days upon receiving the items. Store credit does not expire. 

Please email admin@born-native.com to authorize the return.

The customer should send the returned items to the address provided. Please make sure to keep the tracking information, as Born Native is not responsible for lost items.

If you would like us to email a return shipping label to you please let us know, and we will provide rates.

If a discount of $50 and over is used, the item is final sale. All sale items are final sale.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.
